For this study two strains of lactic acid bacteria (BAL4 and BAL13), previously isolated in our laboratory used to study the gut microbiota modulation of Solea senegalensis larvae.Three feeding regimes were compared: BAL4, BAL13 and Control groups. BAL4 and BAL13 groups consisted of BAL bacteria strains bioencapsulated in rotifers and Ori-Green enriched Artemia. The treatments were given three times a day (from 2 to 30 dph), whereas no bacteria were administered to the Control group.
