This dataset is part of a manuscript published as preprint at BioRxiv (https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.04.12.589327) and is soon to be submitted for peer review. In short, we examined the effects of tlr3 loss of function mutation on the cardiac regenerative capacity of zebrafish upon myocardial infarction induction.
The data includes the following groups:
1 day post myocardial infarction; 4 days post myocardial infarction; 1 day post sham treatment.
Every group is constituted of 2 independent samples.
Every sample is constituted of 2-3 zebrafish ventricles.
