To study the influence of the MED30 subunit of Mediator complex in the flowering process of Arabidopsis thaliana, WT (Columbia) and an amiRNA line targeting MED30 and named amiMed30-2 Z3.2 were grown at 23ºC in long day photoperiod (16 hr light/8 hr dark) for 10 days under 100 µmoles m-2 seg-1 of white fluorescent light. Seedlings from three biological replicates were harvested 2 h prior to the start of the night period.
