模型指标权重分配方面，基于不同指标数据特征具体采取计数打分、分段赋分、状态赋分等规则进行权重赋值，规则定义明确清晰。不同指标分值计算主要采取加权平均算法用来构建数据模型，使得数据根据不同权重进行合理的分值分配。模型数据处理方面，考虑到公共信用综合评价覆盖主体范围大、数量多，模型透明度、代表性和可解释性要求较高，所使用数据经过天津市公共信用中心自主研发数据工厂加工处理，以保证数据的准确性、有效性和脱敏性。评价使用各指标得分加权平均求和的计算规则输出评价结果，权重的产生兼顾数据特征和业务发展需要，并在一定时期内保持评价权重和等级划分的相对稳定，使得跨期评价结果可比。模型评价过程中同步保留完整的各指标评分表备查，以使评价具备牢固的逻辑基础，稳妥推进模型指标体系和权重的升级，以此实现公共信用综合评价业务的动态演进。

In terms of model index weight allocation, weight assignment is conducted based on the data characteristics of individual indicators via specific rules including counting scoring, segment-based scoring, and state-based scoring, with clearly defined rule specifications. Score calculation for different indicators primarily adopts the weighted average algorithm to construct the data model, enabling rational score distribution of data in accordance with respective weights. Regarding model data processing: given that the comprehensive public credit evaluation covers a vast number and wide scope of subjects, and imposes high requirements on model transparency, representativeness and interpretability, the utilized data has been processed through the independently developed data factory of the Tianjin Public Credit Center to guarantee data accuracy, validity and desensitization. The evaluation results are generated via the calculation rule of weighted summation of each indicator's score. The weight determination takes into account both data characteristics and business development needs, and maintains relative stability of the evaluation weights and rating classifications over a specified period, thereby enabling comparability of cross-period evaluation results. During the model evaluation process, complete indicator score sheets are retained for archival reference, laying a solid logical foundation for the evaluation, and steadily promoting the upgrade of the model indicator system and weights, so as to achieve the dynamic evolution of the comprehensive public credit evaluation business.
