A typhoon dataset of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea from 2010 to 2018

Typhoon is a destructive meteorological disaster. The observation data of wind speed and direction, air pressure and wave height are important basic data to study the change of typhoon path and intensity. The dataset is based on the long-term processed typhoon observation data from 2010 to 2018 acquired by the buoys of Yellow Sea station & East China Sea Station of the Offshore Marine Observation and Research Network, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Yellow Sea station and East China Sea Station for short). The original data of dataset are processed according to buoy operation and maintenance records and the actual situation. In order to more visually show the variation of the parameters when the typhoon hit, 304 graphics of typhoon observation data are also provided. The dataset mainly provides data support for typhoon basic research, typhoon forecast, typhoon prevention decision and so on.
