The function of METTL3 as an m6A writer is widely known to involve binding RNA and catalyzing m6A modification.To reveal the target gene landsCAPe of METTL3 in prostate cancer cell lines, we applied RIP-seq with a specific METTL3 antibody in PC3 and LNCAP cells.
