RNA sequencing of osteoclast precursor cells treated with BSA or recombinant Osteolysin

This project investigates the role of the microprotein Osteolysin, encoded by the TPM3P9 gene, in osteoclastogenesis. RNA sequencing was performed on osteoclast precursor cells treated with BSA or recombinant Osteolysin. The dataset includes six samples sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. This study aims to elucidate the gene-regulatory networks mediated by Osteolysin during osteoclastogenesis.
