Supplement: Parameter-resolved AC electrical stimulation links electrical system characteristics to early transcriptional responses in human stem cells
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo record contains supplementary datasets supporting the manuscript “Parameter-dependent AC electrical stimulation modulates initial osteogenic and survival responses in human stem cells”. The datasets provide detailed information on the electrical characterization and biological analyses underlying the study. Specifically, the record includes:(i) electrical stimulation measurements, impedance analyses, and numerical electric field simulations used to characterize the applied sinusoidal alternating current stimulation conditions; and(ii) comprehensive statistical analyses of gene expression data, including normality testing, one-sample t-tests, and ordinary one-way analysis of variance with Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. The data support the interpretation of frequency- and voltage-dependent early transcriptional responses in human adipose-derived stem cells and bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells and are provided to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse.
