Supplementary Materials for: The Chagas Antigen and Epitope Atlas

The Chagas Antigen and Epitope Atlas contains experimentally-derived information on the antigenicity of Trypanosoma cruzi peptides. Antigenicity was measured on peptide arrays assayed with serum samples from Chagas disease subjects and matched negative controls. <br> High-density peptide arrays with custom designs were to display peptides derived from two complete T. cruzi proteomes. <br> Sampling of subjects from diverse human populations complements the antigenicity information of proteins and peptides with seroprevalence information across the Americas.
