SRµCT scan of a aposymbiotic Mytilus edulis juvenile. The mussel was sampled close to Kiel, Germany (54.394 N; 10.190 E) at 1.5 m water depth in 2018. The mussel was
fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde stored in PHEM-buffer. The sample was scanned at
the DESY in Hamburg Germany.
