Unified analysis of DNA methylation, hydroxymethylation and chromatin accessibility through targeted DNA labeling [RNA-seq]

We performed differentiation of mouse ESC (mESC) into a population of radial-glial neuronal progenitor cells (NPC) and later into terminally differentiated glutamatergic pyramidal neuron cells (NC). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for E14TG2a cells at 3 developmental stages (mouse ESC, neuronal progenitors and terminally differentiated glutamatergic pyramidal neurons) in two biological replicates.
