Analysis of tissue transcriptomes during the sexual maturation of Arctic char

It is well admitted that the precocious sexual maturation of the Arctic char at two years increases the risk of mortality in fish farms. The STAYIN'ALIVE project was aimed to unravel changes in the functioning of major organs involved in immunity (spleen, kidney, liver, circulating lymphocytes) that occur during the sexual maturation of the Arctic char.
