Experimental data from tests on the IS61WV204816BLL-10TLI 32-Mb 40-nm CMOS SRAM under positive and negative muons and 14-MeV neutrons

This repository contains experimental data from radiation tests on an IS61WV204816BLL-10TLI static random access memory by ISSI. This memory is built in 40-nm bulk CMOS tecnology.
