PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processing apparatus capable of calculating an operation completion scheduled time in consideration of a factor derived from a raw material of paper fed into the apparatus and a factor derived from the aging of the equipment， and obtaining an accurate operation completion time by the operator or the equipment. SOLUTION: An apparatus of this invention is provided with processing parts 200， 300 having basic functions for processing fibers used as raw materials for paper， and a control part 100 for calculating an execution processing time for processing the loads of the processing parts 200， 300 by the basic functions and outputting an operation completion scheduled time based on the calculated execution processing time， wherein the control part 100 corrects the execution processing time based on at least one processing time determining factor involved in the processing by the basic functions of the processing parts 200， 300 and outputs the operation completion scheduled time.
