Ongoing genomic monitoring of Usutu virus in the Netherlands since 2016

This study is part of a research collaboration initiated in 2016, aiming to gain a systemic understanding of mosquito-borne diseases in humans, wildlife, and animals in captivity in the Netherlands. The data provided here consists of near-full genome and partial Usutu virus sequences derived from wildlife, captive animals, and humans samples from the Netherlands as well as associated metadata - sample capture status, collection date, host species, geographic location name, and geographical coordinates (if applicable).
