Primary objectives: Evaluate the progression-free survival at 9 months (according to RECIST 1.1) according to the investigator. Primary endpoints: Progression-free survival at 9 months: percentage of patients alive and without a radiological progression (whatever the type of radiological progression: hepatic or extra-hepatic) 9 months after inclusion (using RECIST v1.1 criteria) according to the investigator
