Sequencing of soil microorganisms in stand development of plantations

The stand development of forests is expected to affect the soil microbial community strongly. We obtained the diversity and relative abundance of the microbial community through high-throughput sequencing, hoping to understand the effects of long-term development and further rewilding of Metasequoia glyptostroboides plantations on the microbial community.
