Joe Park, a local delivery man who heads for the golf course on his afternoon off, recently started the move when he appeared at work one morning with his caddy cart. Joe covers 40 blocks in the North Broadway section of the city six days a week. Only problem now confronting the caddy cart mailman is that of tires. Sidewalks are proving much harder than plush turf on the carts wheels. Joe estimates he will need a new set every three months."
