These are the data used in the paper titled "<strong>Soil microbial communities shift along an urban gradient in Berlin, Germany</strong>" Presented are the outputs of the DADA2 pipeline we used; for each organism group studied (Fungi, Glomeromycota, Bacteria and Cercozoa), there is a table of OTU sequences, a table of the taxonomic assignments attributed to these sequences, and a table showing OTU abundance across sites. Illumina sequencing was performed at BeGenDiv, partially funded by the BMBF (Förderkennzeichen 033W034A).
