Future Winter Precipitation (CONUS) (Image Service)

The National Forest Climate Change Maps project was developed to meet the need of National Forest managers for information on projected climate changes at a scale relevant to decision making processes, including Forest Plans. The maps use state-of-the-art science and are available for every National Forest in the contiguous United States with relevant data coverage. Currently, the map sets include variables related to precipitation and air temperature, including both Alaskan and lower 48 datasets. Data from the lower 48 were downloaded from here: https://www.fs.usda.gov/rm/boise/AWAE/projects/national-forest-climate-change-maps.html, and Alaskan data came from here: https://www.snap.uaf.edu/tools/data-downloads. Historical data are compared with RCP 8.5 projections from the 2080s. A Raster Function Template is available in this service that will classify the data as originally intended by OSC. The RFT currently works in AGOL but not in ArcGIS Pro.国家森林气候变化地图项目（National Forest Climate Change Maps project）旨在满足美国国家森林管理人员在包括森林规划在内的决策流程所需尺度下，获取预估气候变化信息的需求。该地图数据集采用前沿科学方法制作，覆盖美国本土（contiguous United States）内所有具备相关数据覆盖的国家森林。当前的数据集包含与降水、气温相关的多项变量，涵盖阿拉斯加及美国本土48州的数据集。美国本土48州的数据下载自以下网址：https://www.fs.usda.gov/rm/boise/AWAE/projects/national-forest-climate-change-maps.html，阿拉斯加数据则来源于：https://www.snap.uaf.edu/tools/data-downloads。本研究将历史数据与2080年代典型浓度路径8.5（Representative Concentration Pathway 8.5，RCP 8.5）的预估情景进行对比。本服务中提供栅格函数模板（Raster Function Template，RFT），可按照OSC最初的设计意图对数据进行分类。目前该RFT仅可在AGOL中正常运行，暂不支持ArcGIS Pro。
