This entity describes where residential units, on residential zoned land, in the High Flood Hazard Management Area overlay, are subject to Rule 5.5.6.2 RD2 of the District Plan. This area includes parts of New Brighton, Southshore and Redcliffs and is referrenced in the text of the District Plan as the Residential Unit Overlay.
