We performed RNA-seq to investigate gene expression changes in pancreatic cancer cells following chemotherapeutic drug treatment. We identify a reversible senescence state among the drug-tolerant persister cells. RNA-seq was performed in MIA PaCa-2 cells in biological triplicates under normal culture conditions and under various conditions of drug treatment (Torin 1 and gemcitabine).
