FROM-GLC (Finer Resolution Observation and Monitoring of Global Land Cover)

FROM-GLC（Finer Resolution Observation and Monitoring of Global Land Cover）是清华大学地球系统科学系宫鹏教授团队开发的全球土地覆盖数据库。该数据库提供全球30米和10米分辨率的土地覆盖精细分类产品，包括2015/2017年30米分辨率全球土地利用数据、2017年10米分辨率全球土地利用数据等。这些数据基于Landsat和Sentinel-2卫星影像，利用清华大学地球模拟器超级计算机处理完成，已面向全球公开发布。FROM-GLC, short for Finer Resolution Observation and Monitoring of Global Land Cover, is a global land cover database developed by the research team led by Professor Gong Peng from the Department of Earth System Science at Tsinghua University. This database provides fine-classified global land cover products with 30-meter and 10-meter spatial resolutions, including global land use data at 30-meter resolution for 2015 and 2017, global land use data at 10-meter resolution for 2017, etc. These datasets are based on Landsat and Sentinel-2 satellite imagery, processed using the Tsinghua University Earth Simulator supercomputer, and have been publicly released worldwide.
