Adjustment of Provoked Urinary Metal Concentrations Using a Covariate-Guided Imputation and Residual Normalization Strategy

This dataset includes adjusted urinary metal concentration data from 276 adult patients who underwent Ca-EDTA/DMPS-provoked excretion testing as part of a diagnostic evaluation (CEMET protocol) between 2016 and 2019 at a clinical center in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland. The dataset contains raw and imputed metal concentrations, covariate-adjusted residuals, Yeo-Johnson transformed values, partial correlation matrices, PCA loadings, clustering assignments, and visual outputs. Metal measurements were performed by ICP-MS.All preprocessing and analysis steps are fully reproducible and documented:<br>• A detailed Python script is embedded in the final sheet of the Excel file.<br>• A structured methods summary is included in the accompanying README file (provided in both <code>.md</code> and <code>.pdf</code> formats).
