Predicted Type III Effector Proteins of Four Ralstonia solanacearum Phylotype IIB Isolates from Musaceae Plants in the Philippines

This dataset contains the predicted type III effector (T3E) proteins identified in four Ralstonia solanacearum Phylotype IIB isolates associated with Musaceae plants in the Philippines. T3E proteins were predicted using the Ralsto T3E database (https://iant.toulouse.inra.fr/bacteria/annotation/site/prj/T3Ev3/). The dataset includes the historical isolates Mo-D5 and Bu-D11 and the contemporary isolates Mo-D26 and Bu-D26. A separate predicted-summary TSV file is provided for each isolate, containing the predicted T3E names and their corresponding gene/protein identifiers.
