Microarray Profile of Long Noncoding RNA and Messenger RNA Expression in a Model of Alzheimer’s Disease

our study aimed to understanding the pathological hallmarks and looking for effective therapeutic targets based on the altered lncRNA level of AD, which may be suggested to act as “markers” to distinguish the pathological changes of this disease. In our study, we chose 1-month-old, 3-month-old, 6-month-old, and 9-month-old APP/PS1 mice and their respective age-matched WT control mice to accomplish our analysis. Each age group contains three male mice as well as their WT controls.
