แนวทางการคำนวณราคากลางค่าบริการวิศวกรไฟฟ้ากำลัง พ.ศ. 2569 เป็นเอกสารอ้างอิงทางวิชาชีพที่รวบรวมหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และสมมติฐานในการกำหนดราคากลางค่าบริการวิศวกรไฟฟ้ากำลัง สำหรับงานตรวจสอบ ออกแบบ วิเคราะห์ จัดทำรายงาน และลงนามรับรอง ตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เอกสารฉบับนี้นำเสนอหลักการคำนวณที่สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้ โดยพิจารณาปัจจัยด้านขนาดระบบ ระดับแรงดัน ความซับซ้อน ความพร้อมของข้อมูล ขอบเขตความรับผิด และระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน พร้อมตัวอย่างการคำนวณ ตารางอัตราอ้างอิง และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการจัดทำงบประมาณ TOR และใบเสนอราคา เอกสารนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็น แนวทางอ้างอิงทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับวิศวกร เจ้าของโครงการ ที่ปรึกษา ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน โดย มิใช่อัตราค่าบริการของราชการ มิใช่ประกาศของสภาวิศวกร หรือวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย (วสท.) และมิใช่อัตราบังคับทางกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้ ผู้ใช้งานควรพิจารณาปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับขอบเขตงาน สภาพตลาด และข้อกำหนดของแต่ละโครงการ Guideline for Reference-Based Engineering Service Fee Estimation for Electrical Power Engineers (B.E. 2569 / 2026 Edition) is a professional reference document that provides a systematic methodology for estimating indicative engineering service fees for electrical power engineering services, including engineering inspection, design review, technical analysis, reporting, and professional certification.
