Mileposts on the network

Geographical position of the kilometre posts along the tracks with the id and name of the post as it can be read in the field. Mileposts help train drivers to locate themselves on a railway line. This data should be combined with the following data: Relationship between mileposts and main tracks: Indicates to which main track (of a line) the kilometre post applies List and geographical representation of the main tracks: List and geographical description of main tracks that have a line number.(e.g.: L50A) Geographical representation of all track segments: Geographical description of all track segments on the Infrabel network, not only main trackImportant note : The data are managed in the Lambert72 (EPSG 31370) coordinate system and give the geographical position of the kilometre posts with an accuracy of 10cm to 1m, depending on the location. To enable a map display on this site, these data have been converted to WGS84. This causes a small loss of accuracy. In the "Export" tab, you can download the data with the Lambert72 (in GeoJSON) and with the WGS84 coordinate system.
