Algorithm calculation: The waste fabric volume is calculated using the formula: Waste fabric volume = (Fabric output per minute × (Shutdown duration (min) - GP shutdown duration)) × 12 × 0.1 / 1000, with the unit being kilogram. Here, Fabric output refers to the consumption amount of single fabric feeding material per minute; Shutdown duration refers to the total downtime of the machine; GP shutdown duration refers to the downtime when no feeding material is being used; 12 represents the number of fabric feeding stations per spinning position. Since the unit of fabric output data is 0.1 gram, multiplying by 0.1 and dividing by 1000 converts the calculation result into kilograms. The daily qualified standard for waste fabric volume of a specific spinning position is the normal daily waste fabric volume of equipment with the same specification. This standard is calculated based on the average daily waste silk volume of this type of equipment producing this specification of silk over the past three months. When the daily waste fabric volume is less than or equal to the daily qualified standard of the corresponding spinning position, it is deemed qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified.
