Immune cell type and sub-type QTLs at fine-mapped variants.

Credible set variants for complex immune traits and diseases that are caQTLs in one or more cell type, have PPA >0.01, and are located either in distal enhancers co-accessible with a gene promoter or in a gene promoter directly. For each fine-mapped variant we report caQTL results and co-accessible promoters in each cell type with significant caQTLs. (XLSX)
