The aim was to research molecular mechanism of Atractylon in inhibition of invasion and migration of hepatic cancer cells. High-throughput sequencing was used as the main solution. Overall design: This research include two groups: Atractylon (HepG2 with Atractylon treatment) VS Control ( HepG2 without any treatment).High-throughput sequencing was used to compare the expression of lncRNAs between the two groups. Differential expressed lncRNAs were analysed, and ceRNA network was constructed. Top significantly differential expressed lncRNAs were screened and verified by vitro and vivo experiment.
