IMPROVING TEACHING METHODOLOGY IN TECHNICUM EDUCATION AIMED AT SOLVING REAL LIFE PROBLEMS BASED ON MATHEMATICAL MODELING

This article comprehensively examines the issue of improving teaching methodology aimed at developing students' competencies in solving real-life problems based on mathematical modeling within the technical school education system. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to integrate theoretical knowledge with practice in the modern education system. The work analyzes the didactic possibilities of mathematical modeling and its impact on students' analytical and critical thinking. In the course of the study, quantitative and qualitative methods were used, and the results between the experimental and control groups were compared. The results obtained showed that the teaching methodology based on mathematical modeling significantly increases the level of students' knowledge, problem-solving skills, and motivation. The article also analyzes the results based on practical examples, statistical tables, and diagrams, and develops methodological recommendations. At the end of the study, important proposals were made for future scientific research in this direction.
