Impaired regulatory T cell-dendritic cell interactions contribute to autoimmunity in leukocyte adhesion deficiency type-1

RFP reporter protein expressing splenic regulatory T cells (Treg) were isolated by flow cytometry from mice with a Foxp3-specific knockdown of CD18 (n=3) and the according control mice (n=3). Aliquots of Treg were stimulated overnight. On the next day all samples were lysed and extracted RNA was subjected to sequencing. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of CD18-deficient Treg versus control Treg at unstimulated and stimulated state.
