We have identified HED as a multifunctional anti-psoriatic agent. It simultaneously mitigates keratinocyte hyperproliferation and restores the Th1/Th17 balance by precisely modulating the AKT/NFKB signaling pathway. The data suggest that FUS will be potential therapeutic option for the management of psoriasis.
