Transcriptome sequencing of human AGS cells in response to Helicobacter pylori infection.

We performed a RNA-seq analysis of H. pylori-infected AGS cells, and PBS-treated cells were used as a control group. We identified a diffenential expression pattern of lncRNAs and mRNAs in H. pylori-infected AGS cells. These differential expression LncRNAs and mRNAs may play an important role in the process of gastric cancer. The study provided a lot of potential target of gastric cancer research.
