The analysis of microbial community structure showed that the abundance of Proteobacteria increased from 39.3% to 85.7% at the phylum level from SDM-degrading consortium FY3 during enrichment; the abundances of genus belonging to Sphingopyris, Reyranella, Hyphomicrobium, and Microbacterium increased from 12.6%, 0.1%, 3.0%, and 0.4% to 45.5%, 19.1%, 15.7%, and 5.75%, respectively. Environmental correlation factors analysis indicated that Sphingopyris, Reyranella, Hyphomicrobium, and Microbacterium were positively correlated with enrichment times, concentration of SDM, and degradation rate, respectively, and infer involved in the degradation of SDM.
