PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet that contains a fine fibrous cellulose and an aqueous resin， and has a low affinity with water. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sheet， containing an acrylic polymer and a fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less and having a phosphite group， or a substituent derived from a phosphite group， and in which the acrylic polymer is a polymer containing a structure derived from at least one compound selected from an isocyanate compound， a carbodiimide compound and an oxazoline compound， and a structure derived from an aqueous acryl polyol， and the water absorption is 6 mass% or less when the sheet is immersed in water for 24 hours.
