A Heavy Happiness

The data set includes the demographic information for participants who interviewed including thee case number, pseudonym, individual total compassion satisfaction score, individual total burnout score, individual total secondary trauma score, ethnicity, number of schools served, certification status, years as a school counselor, years in a rural setting, age, years at current site, gender, caseload, and supervision. The second worksheet shows the individual participants interviewed and their individual responses to each item on the Professional Quality of Life Inventory.
