Global transcriptome analysis of drought-treated barley cv. 'Sebastian' at heading stage

We applied drought stress for 15 days to barley cv. 'Sebastian' at heading stage using PlantArray system at the University of Göttingen. Then, we conducted analysis of photosynthesis performance, stomatal conductance and global transcriptome analysis. After the experiment, post-harvest parameters were also measured. 'Sebastian' is parent cultivar (WT) of barley TILLING mutants in ABA-related genes, including Hvabi5.d and Hvera1.b.
