mRNA and miRNA transcriptomic of cucumber corolla

The corolla of development stages 0 (cS9), 1 (cS8), 2 (cS7), 3 (cS6), 4 (cS5), 5 (cS4), 6 (cS3), 7 (cS2), and 8d (cS1) before flowering of super ovary and those of stages 0 (cN5), 1 (cN4), 2 (cN3), 3 (cN2), and 4d (cN1) before flowering of normal ovary were collected for miRNA-seq and mRNA-seq analysis.
