Molecular profiles of CAR-T cells engineered with chimeric cytokine receptors

This experiment aimed to analyze molcular profiles of CAR-T cells expressing our chimeric cytokine receptors (G6/7R or G6/7R-M452L) compared to control CAR-T cells.
Conclusion:
G6/7R and G6/7R-M452L-expressing CAR-T cells showed different molecular profiles compared to control CAR-T cells. The samples were analyzed by flow cytometry for a subset of the markers to validate the mass cytometry results.
