Mice Pcsk9 indels treated by PEG10 VLPs

NGS sequencing reads for C57BL/6JTshu mice liver tissues treated by in-vein injection of virus-like particles (VLPs) containing spCas9 mRNA and gRNA(Pcsk9) to generate in vivo knockouts. The VLPs were generated using naive PEG10 (SEND) or our optimized PEG10 variant (FedEx-MCP). PBS psudotreatment groups were included. The data highlights that our optimized PEG10 generates significantly higher indel rates than the naive PEG10.
