We investigated the endophytic bacterial community compositions in halophyte samples collected from Xinjiang in China by using a high resolution bar-coded pyrosequencing technique. The objectives of this study were 1) to reveal the bacterial community compositions in halophyte growth in salty soil; 2) to determine which factors are dominating predict the distribution of bacterial community structures; and 3) to compare the difference/similarity of bacterial communities among growth period in two site.
