Blood CD8 T cells from six healthy blood donors were treated with the TLR7 agonist imiquimod + IL-2 in T cell enriched medium overnight in vitro (the controls were incubated with T cell enriched medium + IL-2 only). After approx. 21 h the in solution digest protocol was started.
