Care Home Finance: The Leading Lender's Growing Share, 2023 to 2025
收藏资源简介:
The most active bank or specialist lender accounted for 15.2% of recorded care-home financing events in 2023 and 24.7% in 2025: nearly one in four. The five most active lenders together accounted for 53.3% and 54.5%. Their combined share changed little, while a larger share sat with the leading lender. This report explains that change using the Care Home Finance Report 2026 data for England and Wales. A financing event is a group of security filings that may relate to one finance arrangement. The figures measure activity, not the amount lent. The lender in first place may be different in each year. The tables separate the leading lender, the next two, the following two, and all remaining banks and specialist lenders. They cover complete calendar years 2023-2025. Security agents are excluded. The results do not show loan rates, approval chances or which lender is suitable for an individual operator. The files include a three-page report, the published source table, the calculated results, a column guide and a Python script to reproduce the calculations. The source percentages are rounded. These summary figures cannot independently verify the original company matching or financing-event counts. Source: Care Home Finance Report 2026 lender data.
