mRNA expression-based, potential mechanism of a herbal medicine formula HTG in treating dyslipidaemia rats

mRNA expression in liver of rats(3, high fat diet group, 3, high fat diet + HTG treatment, 3) were detected, and differentially expressed mRNAs were analyzed to reveal potential mechanism of HTG in treating dyslipidaemia. Overall design: 6 rats were divided into 2 group(high fat diet group: high fat diet + 0.5% CMC-Na, HTG group: high fat diet + HTG treatment) and fed with different intervention for 12 weeks, at the end of the experiment, their liver tissues were harvested after anaesthetised for further detection.
