Data from: From treetops to river bottoms: exploring the role of phyllosphere fungi in aquatic fungal communities

These are the files necessary to follow the qSIP pipeline as described in Finley, et al., 2019. Metadata is also included to differentiate between the two leaf types, and to compare the phyllosphere data, which was not put through the qSIP pipeline. The feature-table is included as a courtesy. It contains the ASV assignments given to sequences after being denoised using the DADA2 plug-in in QIIME2. All figures in this paper should be possible to recreate from this table, but it is not technically raw data.
