Virus-Based IFNγ Gene Delivery and Photodynamic Therapy Cooperate to Remodel the Tumour Microenvironment and Suppress Breast Cancer (raw flow cytometry data files)

Flow cytometry analysis of mouse 4T1 breast tumour infiltrating immune cell populations after combined alphavirus and photodynamic treatment. Methodology and result analysis are described in following publication "Virus-Based IFNγ Gene Delivery and Photodynamic Therapy Cooperate to Remodel the Tumour Microenvironment and Suppress Breast Cancer". Raw and unmixed flow cytometry data files were obtained with Cytek Aurora 5L. All animal experimental protocols were approved by the Latvian Animal Protection Ethical Committee of Food and Veterinary Service (Permit Nr. 153/2024, from 7 June 2024, Riga, Latvia).
