资源简介:
This study proposes an innovative approach to repurpose industrial waste, specifically rubber and polyester from the rubber and textile sectors, by introducing a design aimed at facilitating the handling of sago bags. The research focuses on creating a user-friendly system for loading and unloading activities, addressing challenges posed by the non-uniform distribution of sago within canvas bags of varying capacities (15 kg to 30 kg), which can lead to stability issues during transportation. To tackle this, the study suggests an assistive device made from durable materials such as HDPE, PP, ABS, and Polyester, chosen for their toughness and solidity. Standardized dimensions allow for seamless connection and application with the forklift lever, with a simple design facilitating maintenance and part replacement. Elastic properties of the polymer-based materials enable deformation for shock absorption, while rubberized shoulder straps enhance grip and durability. The foldable design ensures compact storage (109cm x 30cm x 10cm), with features like a rubber-gripped handle and a 1.5 mm thick polyester side belt accommodating loads at different capacities. The base, constructed from 1 mm thick polypropylene (PP), measures 109 x 120 cm, ensuring robustness and efficiency. By utilizing waste materials from these industries, the approach not only reduces waste but also enhances profitability.
