Bacteria and yeast in animal milk: Collection of metabarcoding and Whole genome sequences

The study aimed to explore the microbial composition of raw milk from dairy camel, cow, and goat in North-western Nigeria using DNA. Traditional microbiological methods were used for the isolation and identification of probiotic, pathogenic and functional bacterial and yeast groups and Whole genome sequencing was done on selected strains of interest.
